had a blast yesterday with my fiskateer friends

there was a online crop on the fiskateers site. we had so much fun. i did not get any LO's done but i did get into my scrapbooking stash and got to do some crafting.

There are some more items that i am working on and when I finish I will post them here. I did not get any LO's sent in for this past week. Therefor i have a rak that I will set aside for another day. last weeks sketch Lo challenge.

here is what last weeks LO challenge was.





I didn't get any entries for last weeks LO. I hope to have some of you jump in and join in the fun with this weeks Challenge. The first one to send in an entry will get a small rak from me.

Sunday fun

Well once again we got snow. Not to much, but enough to keep me inside. Therefor today i had the chance to scrap a little. Well I didn't really scrap i was playing with my new Fiskers circle border punch. I made these cute little flowers with them. I am still trying to get them to look a little better but i am happy with the ones I made. While I was scrapping I had my little one next to me scrapping away. she made me a little picture with all of her scrap stuff that she has. so of course I had to put a picture of her with her master piece

I am going to be working on a few different challenges tonight. One is a LO with circles being the main focus another is a black and white LO. I also want to work on my LO challenge. I might combine 2 of the challenges together.

wow have I really not had a chance to update my blog till now?

It has just been one busy week here. Playing catch up from getting hurt and then my daughter having the flu. All I can say is thank god it is Friday! I am going to do some scrapping this weekend so i will update with pics from that over the weekend. I am going to add the new LO for the week on Sunday and start doing the new ones on Sunday from now on. I also want to thank Michelle from www.faeriedustdreams.com for giving me the opportunity to be on her design team. I can not wait to get started. What a week.

This has been one crazy week. We had some ice here on Monday and my younger daughters and i all fell. they fell on their way to the bus. and I fell on my way back from dropping them off at the bus. (they both seemed fine when they got up no crying or anything... I on the other hand was DONE!!! I hit my head so hard on the ground that i was nauseous for 2 days and I still have a headache. augh... My younger daughter the next day could not even move. Seems she got torticollis from her fall. so she has been home from school the past few days. she might make it to school tomorrow. With that all said, now you know why i have not been able to update. I just posted a new sketch challenge for the week and i hope you all can join in. here is my take on it. I had a lot of fun with this one. sorry it came out so dark.

weekend update.

Lets start with friday!
Friday we went to stoughton, MA to beantown diner to see my koumbari. Love this place. They always have the best food and I am never able to eat it all. We then went to get the car wooohoo i have had no car for almost 2 weeks. so happy to have it back now. then to the store to get new glasses for Lexi. lets hope these ones last longer then 4 months. I was able to get all of the Christmas decorations down and my tree out last night. Feels so good to have my house back in order again. I just wish i had a chance to scrap some.
Saturday Christina had basketball today and got her first hoop. (she was so happy because they now play on the BIG nets) we left there to go get her new sneakers. she needed them so bad. now we are home and i am ready to scrap. i just wanted to catch up on here a little bit. I will post the LO's i am working on as soon as i finish them.

Happy New Year

First I want to wish you all a Happy and Healthy New Year! I stayed home last night. we had my in laws over as well as some friends. It was a nice quiet night. the girls were both able to stay up till 12 and not turn into a grouch. Yia-yia is in FL> on vacation with Thea (her sister who is here from Greece. We miss you guys!) Therefor i was the one to pick up the Greek New Years cake. well I did not get the chance to go out yesterday. Although our little ch eff (Lexi) made the Greek New years cake. she did so good. she opened all the almonds then she was so happy that she got to smash them all with a hammer (I can not find my food processor anywhere)She thought that smashing the nuts meant they didn't have to go in the cake so she was happy about that until it was time to add them hehehehe. then she said "fine!! I will make it but.... I AM NOT EATING THAT STUFF" lol she is just 2 funny note to self... she ate it! Christina was the lucky one and got the coin this year. Theo was just so sad... poor Theo.

I plan on doing some scrapbooking today. I hope to have some of you join in on the fun. I have posted a scraplift of the week on here. I do hope to have some of you do it with me. for every scraplift or other challenge i toss at you that you do I will add your name to my prize box.
